Take a library class to become a better researcher!

Do you want to know how to find the best resources for your papers and assignments? Would you like to navigate the Library’s resources with ease? Take a library class!

Library 100 – Information Literacy will introduce you to the resources and services of Penrose Library, and help you feel comfortable and confident doing research. We’ll focus on developing information literacy skills, helping you find, evaluate and effectively use sources, and understand intellectual property. It’s a one credit class, meeting once per week. This Fall semester it’s offered Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:30 to 3:20.

Please contact Lee Keene (509-527-5917) or Julie Carter (509-527-5915) with questions. One section will be offered Spring semester.
